I had a mixed experience at The Chedi Muscat. The hotel itself, with its stunning grounds and excellent service, truly has a five-star feel, especially during breakfast. However, the room I stayed in was quite small and not as luxurious as I expected for the price. While the quiet atmosphere was nice during Ramadan, the dining prices were startling, making me feel a bit shortchanged on the overall value. 🌴🍸

Rooms

I found the room to be small, lacking the luxury I anticipated. The decor felt basic and did not justify the high price tag, especially with no balcony or significant sea view.

The staff were really good and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attentiveness really contributed to the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel.
Location

The location was excellent, with beautiful grounds that created a serene environment. However, the beach area seemed underutilized compared to the pool area.
Dining

While the breakfast was fantastic, with highlights like grilled halloumi, the overall dining options were overpriced for what was offered, especially the small portions.
Facilities

The facilities were well-maintained, but I expected more due to the price range. The long pool was stunning, and the spa services were commendable.

The room was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. However, I did find the food at the pool quite pricey. Overall, I would undoubtedly recommend this hotel for a nice getaway.

I just spent a week at The Chedi Muscat and it was simply beautiful. The sprawling grounds and fantastic pools made my stay truly relaxing, and the staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing my experience. However, I did notice that some areas within my suite showed signs of age and could use a refresh to match the overall elegance of the hotel. The dining options impressed me, though I found the breakfast buffet could have offered more variety, especially for vegetarians.

Dining was a highlight of my stay! The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the beachside dinner served by Anooj. However, I would have appreciated a bit more variety in Arabic cuisine options.

My stay at The Chedi Muscat was very nice, offering beautiful grounds and fantastic service. The rooms could use some updates, and the limited power outlets were a minor inconvenience. However, the dining experiences and facilities more than made up for these small issues.
